    Cannons News

Welcome to the Bedford Youth Lacrosse Cannons!

Bedford Youth Lacrosse Association (BYLA, or the Bedford Cannons) are a non-profit organization aimed at teaching the game of lacrosse to the young people of Bedford NH.

The Cannons offer several levels of play, designed to cater to the needs of players from true beginners to seasoned athletes gearing up for high-level club and high school play. The Cannons have several programs, including:

    • Little Laxers - designed for players age 4-5 who have never held a stick before. Lacrosse basics like cradling, scooping, passing, and shooting are taught once per week for an hour on Saturday mornings.
    • Travel Lacrosse - The Cannons participate in the NHYLA Spring season, and play against other towns in the southern NH area. The NHYLA season culminates in the NHYLA festival in early June.
