Lacrosse is a relatively new sport in many parts of the country, so don't feel bad if you know nothing about it. Most of us who love the game now knew nothing about it at one point! 

Below you'll find the gear required to get started in the sport depending on your gender and age level. All of this gear can be purchased online, or at any number of local retailers, such as Fastbreak Sports or Monkey Sports, both in Derry, or Dick's Sports in Nashua. Many of them offer inexpensive starter packages. 

There are also ALWAYS people selling used equipment on Craigslist or Facebook yard sale pages. Buying gently used equipment is a great way to outfit a brand new player if you don't want to shell out for new gear.
